Start with strong service pages
Before creating local pages, make sure the service pages themselves are clear, commercially focused and technically sound. Local pages work best when they reinforce real service authority, not compensate for weak core pages.
Build area pages carefully
Area pages should explain how you support customers in that place, what types of work you do there and why the page is relevant. Duplicated wording with only the town name changed is a fast way to create weak content.
Use trust signals and internal links deliberately
Reviews, portfolio proof, FAQs, contact prompts and links between service pages, area pages and supporting articles all help reinforce local relevance and improve user confidence.
